  • Dr. Jen has a strong commitment to providing education on important mental health topics for employees, employers, mental health training programs, and those in leadership roles. Dr. Jen has provided trainings on several important topics at large organizations for leadership teams, medical doctors (emergency medicine, pediatrics, adult and family medicine, psychiatry), and mental health providers (psychologists, social workers and marriage and family therapists, licensed professional counselors, addiction counselors). Dr. Jen brings a unique edge as being involved in leadership as a manager and as a prior union steward, which brings a big picture perspective to her organizational trainings. Dr. Jen also thoroughly enjoys the provision of training to mental health trainees as well and has provided guest lectures at universities and mental health training programs.

Clinical Supervision:

  • Dr. Jen has a belief in the profound growth that can occur with safe, supportive, affirming clinical supervision. Dr. Jen has several years of experience in providing clinical supervision to masters-level trainees, doctoral candidates, and postdoctoral residents who work with children, adolescents, and adults in mental health and addiction treatment settings. Dr. Jen has provided both individual and group supervision as well as assessment supervision. Dr. Jen is available on a limited basis for clinical supervision of unlicensed and licensed clinicians.
